OverPlay Reviews
|
Overplay offers clients a great deal of flexibility in how they can use their VPNs. With servers in 24 countries, they offer the facility of having an IP address in any of these countries so that clients can choose locations, at no extra cost, where the cyber laws are most suitable to their operational parameters. This includes accessing content that may be restricted or unavailable in the client's home country.
All internet traffic is encrypted so that the security of all communications is ensured. This includes traffic generated while using public WiFi connections. With high speed servers in all locations and unlimited bandwidth availability, connectivity and speed are assured. This includes the availability of Skype and other common communications formats from any location.
Set up is quick and easy and account activation is immediate so a client can have a VPN up and running in almost no time at all. Overplay’s VPN works with a wide range of platforms like Windows, OS X, Linux, iPhone, Boxee and others and there is never a need to waste time in setting up and familiarizing users with new platforms. Usage and privacy policies are clear and transparent and the client does not have to worry about checking the fine print.
All server support OpenVPN. Most servers also support L2TP and PPTP connections and several support SSTP, Microsoft’s latest SSL VPN product. A standout feature of Overplay’s VPN are “A to B” servers. ISP international routings are often of poor quality. “A to B” connections are internally routed servers specifically designed to boost connectivity performance between different countries. This is a huge benefit for those with a large volume of international traffic. Additionally, Overplay does not keep logs of the sites that are visited so no record is available of the type and volume of internet usage, offering complete confidentiality to clients.
